Mike and Amanda Burns have been coaching cheerleading for over 20 years and previously owned an all star cheerleading gym in California for 8 years. To be closer to family, Mike and Amanda moved back home to Central Florida in 2021 where they have been building relationships with their community and continuing to coach athletes all over the state. Together they are committed to creating a business and environment that their staff, athletes, parents and community can be proud to call family.

Mike and Amanda are the proud owners of Champion Athletics, an up and coming Training facility and Cheerleading program for cheerleading, gymnastics, and other youth sports in the Orange and Osceola County area. They are committed to providing a facility where athletes from all over can could grow and train, without limitation. At the Heart of Champion Athletics are passionate and energetic coaches who strive to instill work ethic into their athletes, but more importantly, life lessons. Champion Athletics committed to creating a culture of respect and tradition of success.

Our Mission

To provide safe, quality services focused on teaching young athletes solid fundamentals in tumbling, school cheer, all-star cheer and collegiate cheer for children and young adults in Florida. Our coaching philosophy is designed to help athletes self-discover their own ability through high-quality instruction in a fun, disciplined environment. The goal is to create strong independent leaders who apply their learning and work ethic to experiences throughout their life and future leadership roles.
