REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for considering Camp of Champs for your cheerleading needs. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to provide you with our refund/cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the start of the camp, we will refund your registration fee minus a 3.5% administrative fee.

For cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of the camp, we will not be able to provide a refund, but we will allow you to transfer your registration to another individual or to a future camp session.

In the unlikely event that Camp of Champs cancels a camp session, we will provide a full refund of your registration fee.

We strive to provide the best possible experience for all of our participants, and we hope to see you at Camp of Champs soon.
