2. Refunds: We offer refunds only for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the start of the program. After that, refunds will not be issued.

3. Liability: Camp of Champs is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur while participating in our programs. Participants assume all risks associated with participation.

4. Code of Conduct: All participants must adhere to our code of conduct which includes but is not limited to: showing respect to coaches and fellow participants, refraining from drugs and alcohol, and following safety guidelines.

5. Media Release: Participants may be photographed, filmed, or recorded during our programs. By participating, you grant us the right to use these images for promotional purposes.

6. Privacy Policy: We take your privacy seriously and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email and/or on our website.
